By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.Booking & Payment • A commission slot is reserved once full payment (100%) has been received. • All payments are final and cannot be refunded after the commission has been accepted. • Work will begin after payment confirmation.Queue & Delivery • Estimated completion time is typically between 1-2 weeks, depending on project complexity and current workload. • All commissions are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days. • In the event of unexpected delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.Changes & Adjustments • Minor edits and refinements are included throughout the production process."Examples include color corrections, small visual tweaks, and detail adjustments." • Requests that significantly alter the approved design may be declined or require additional discussion.Ownership & Usage Original Character (OC) Commissions For commissions based on your own character or intellectual property (IP): • Distribution is permitted • Community rewards, membership perks, and digital downloads are allowed • Commercial use is permitted • If sold separately, a retail price of approximately $6-8 is recommendedFan Art & Existing Character Commissions For commissions based on existing characters, franchises, or third-party IPs: • Intended for personal use only • Commercial use is not permitted • Reselling or monetizing the artwork is not allowed • I reserve the right to showcase commissioned artwork in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed • The artwork may be released by me as a free public download in the futureFile Policy • Please do not claim the artwork as your own creation. • Editing, repackaging, or redistributing the files is not permitted unless you own the character or intellectual property (IP) associated with the commission.Ongoing Support • Lifetime support is included with every commission. • If you encounter any technical issues related to the delivered files, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to assist.
